blago.invest is a investment fund which operates in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Collective Investment Institutions”.

In 2023, the Fund issued securities—blago.invest investment certificates. The volume of the emission is 1.40 million investment certificates for a total amount of UAH 140 million with a nominal value of UAH 100 per certificate.

The Fund’s assets management as well as support of all Fund’s activities is provided by PrJSC “PRINKOM”, an asset management company (AMC) licensed by the NSSMC.

The annual external audit of the Fund’s financial statements is conducted by an independent audit company, AUDIT COMPANY “HALYCHYNA-AUDYTSERVIS” LLC (Independent Auditor).

Depositary services for the safekeeping of the Fund’s securities are provided by the depository institution ONIKS-IVA LLC (Depositary Institution), licensed by the NSSMC.

The blago.invest investment fund accumulates money from multiple investors and invests simultaneously in several construction projects of blago, a leading construction company in Ivano-Frankivsk. For more than 20 years, blago has transformed from a developer to an urban tech company. Currently, blago is implementing more than 10 large-scale construction projects.

The Fund invests in construction projects only after becoming a co-owner of such projects with a share of at least 10% of the authorized capital (corporate rights).

The investment activity of blago.invest is focused on providing money to finance the construction of modern residential complexes and neighborhoods. The Fund selects for investment construction projects that are in the active stage of construction and real estate sales.

he Fund invests in construction projects in the base currency of the United States dollar (USD) in the form of corporate financing. Construction projects pay interest for the use of the Fund’s investment resources. Interest is also calculated in the base currency (USD). The interest income of blago.invest ensures the payment of dividends to investors, as well as covers the costs of managing and supporting the Fund’s activities. Dividends are paid to the Fund’s investors annually.

Both individuals and legal entities can become investors in the blago.invest fund. You can invest in the Fund by purchasing the Fund’s securities—blago.invest investment certificates.

blago.invest returns funds to investors through the mechanism of repurchase of its own securities at the request of investors. The term of settlement in cash upon repurchase does not exceed 15 business days.

The Fund’s assets and investors’ money are secured by commissioned investment real estate. The Fund invests in construction projects under construction and receives for mortgaging finished, constructed and commissioned investment property from blago—office centers, shopping centers, and other commercial real estate, the value of which is 30% higher than the Fund’s investment in construction projects.
